Entries for the competition commence at 8:30am (AWST) on 9 November 2024 and close at 5:00pm (AWST) on 16 November 2024 (Promotional Period).

3.1 To be eligible for the competition, entrants must:

1. be an individual over the age of 18 years;
2. an Australian Resident;
3. reside in Western Australia; and
4. accept these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4.1 To enter the competition, entrants must:

1. satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 (Eligibility);
2. attend the Perth ABI Showroom during the Promotional Period;
3. make a purchase (or multiple purchases) during the Promotional Period at the Perth ABI Showroom or online via a quote generated at the Perth ABI showroom;
4. complete the competition entry form and include your order number; and
5. agree to accept email marketing from ABI.

4.2 Each entrant may make multiple eligible purchases during the Promotional Period, however, regardless of the number of purchase orders made, only one entry per purchaser will be entered into the draw.

1. ABI’s Change of Mind Policy does not apply to products in a purchase order that are the subject of the Prize; ABI may elect to exchange such a product for change of mind at ABI’s absolute discretion.
2. The Prize will be automatically awarded to the winner by way of a full refund of the eligible purchase order/s to the payment method associated with the relevant purchase order/s.
3. Where the winner has made multiple eligible purchase orders during the Promotional Period, the Prize will be applied to the cumulative value of all such orders (up to the maximum Prize value).
4. Where the total eligible purchase order value is less than $10,000, the winner will only receive the value of their order/s.
5. The Prize is not transferable, cannot be shared with other purchasers or applied to orders made outside the Promotional Period (including future orders), or orders that are otherwise ineligible, and may not be redeemed for cash (except where the entrant’s original payment method was cash).
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
7. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

7.1 Prize Draw

1. The Prize winner will be drawn at random at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland at 10:00am (AEST) on 19 November 2024.
2. The announcement of the winner shall take place at 10:00am (AEST) on 21 November 2024 at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
3. The winning entry will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’) and will be chosen from all entries received.

7.2 Draws generally

1. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
2. Details of the winner will be included on www.abiinteriors.com.au/perth-showroom-sale-event/ from 10:00am (AEST) on the date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
3. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.3(d)) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.
4. If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 10:00am (AEST) 14 business days after the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 10:30am (AEST) on that day at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
5. The prize must be redeemed through email [email protected] by 10:00am (AEST) on the date that is 14 Business Days after the date of the draw.
6. Details of the redrawn winner will be included on www.abiinteriors.com.au/perth-showroom-sale-event/ from 10:00am (AEST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
