Our warehouse will be closed for stocktake from 27th-30th June. Please expect delays in processing returns during this period.

We endeavour to process your return as soon as possible, though this can take up to 14 days from when the items arrive at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your return is finalised.

This returns portal is only applicable for orders placed directly from the Australian ABI Interiors website or showroom. If you have placed an order through one of our trade accounts or retailers, you will need to contact them to initiate a return.

For orders placed from our New Zealand or UK store, please arrange your return through the relevant country's website.

Please note: If you wish to amend an order that has not been dispatched yet, or contains an item on backorder, please contact help@abiinteriors.com.au for assistance.

Important Information

We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. Before you start the returns process, please review our terms and conditions.

Your return must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Items returned between 60-90 days after dispatch are eligible for a store credit only.

All products must be returned in unused and uninstalled condition. This includes no writing or damage to the packaging.

*Please note: we do not accept returns for change of mind on:
• Clearance or sale items.
• Special order items, including vanities.

Returning to our warehouse?

Please be aware that our showroom does not accept returns. If you are in the Gold Coast area, your return can be dropped directly at the ABI Interiors warehouse.

Returns Summary

You will receive an email directly from ABI Interiors containing your returns summary. Please print this and include it inside the package upon return.

Package your return

Place your order in a bag or box, as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
You will receive an email from Australia Post containing the return postage label. Please affix this label to the outside of the package.

Postal Drop Off

Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post office or post box so we can track it safely back to us.

Each return satchel or post box will require a label. If you are returning more than 1x satchel or post box worth of items please select the correct number of labels above. You will receive an email for each label. Please note: The maximum size per satchel or post box is 105cm or 22kg.
