Please note that our warehouses and showrooms will be closed for the holiday season from December 24th to January 1st, 2025. Returns can be dropped off at our warehouse when we reopen on January 2nd, 2025.
Delay Notice
Our warehouse will be closed for stocktake from 27th-30th June. Please expect delays in processing returns during this period.

Your return must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Items returned between 60-90 days after dispatch are eligible for a store credit only.
All products must be returned in unused and uninstalled condition. This includes no writing or damage to the packaging.

Place your order in a bag or box, as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
You will receive an email from Australia Post containing the return postage label. Please affix this label to the outside of the package.
Postal Drop Off
Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post office or post box so we can track it safely back to us.
