How do I place an international order?
Our International Sales team is here to help. Simply email us at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process. You can also browse our online store, add your items to the cart, and enter your address and country in the checkout fields to request a quote. After submitting your request, our team will get back to you with an invoice in Australian Dollars, including the DHL shipping cost, and an estimated delivery time.
Can I order all products shown on your website, including bulky and heavy items?
Tiles cannot be shipped due to their fragile nature. Bulky items such as baths, mirrors, and vanities can be arranged for international shipping via air or sea freight. Please contact our International Sales team to discuss the best shipping option for your order.
What currency are your prices listed in?

The free shipping for orders over $1000 promotion does not apply to international orders.
How long does international shipping take?

We do not charge tax on your order. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes on your order once your delivery reaches your country's customs port.
