What is the cost of shipping for samples?
When purchasing our colour samples individually or in a pack, you will receive free shipping. However, if samples are purchased alongside a product, standard shipping rates will apply.
Will I receive a full tile sample, or is it a sample size?
If you order an individual small-format tile, you will receive the full tile. When you purchase a mosaic or large-format tile sample, you will receive a 100x100mm cut of the tile unless specified otherwise.
Can I purchase more than just tile samples in the colour sample packs?
Yes, you can select any of our colour samples across our range when curating your sample packs.
What are your colour sample pack promotions?
Our sample pack promotion offers include any 3 samples for $9.90 or any 5 samples for 14.90 which will be redeemable on your next order - T&Cs apply. These samples can be selected from any of our colour samples across our range, allowing you to curate your own custom sample pack.
